He founded and sold 6 companies, two of which sold for more than $20 million. He has been a partner, sales manager, CFO, and COO. He has board experience in for-profit and non-profit companies. He has started, cultivated and managed joint ventures and acquisitions. He has structured deals and lead buyouts, including buying assets out of bankruptcy. He has also lead turnaround efforts that resulted in the successful sale of a telecommunications company.
He has built finance teams, and he is experienced in capital allocation and project management.
